The site is owned by Ecuproyecto Cía. Ltda., Tax ID (RUC) 1792845760001, registered office at Av. Amazonas N32-181 y Mariana de Jesús, Quito 170135, Ecuador. Incorporated in 2019 and registered with the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador.
3. Nature of the service
The site provides information about a private participation program in housing projects in Ecuador. It does not constitute a public offering of securities or a governmental program. The consultation submitted through the form is informational and does not, by itself, generate any contractual relationship.
4. Risks
Participation in housing projects involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project. The program is aimed at natural persons holding an Ecuadorian identity card, resident in Ecuador, aged between 40 and 65. Eligibility is verified during the personalised consultation.

All site content (texts, images, logos, code) is the property of Ecuproyecto Cía. Ltda. or its licensors, and is protected by the Organic Law on Regulation and Control of Market Power and the Ecuadorian intellectual property legislation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador.
