Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
Ecuproyecto Cía. Ltda., Tax ID (RUC) 1792845760001, with registered office at Av. Amazonas N32-181 y Mariana de Jesús, Quito 170135, Ecuador, is the controller of the personal data collected through the website ecuproyecto.com, in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP, Official Gazette 459 of 26 May 2021) and its Regulations.
2. Data we collect
We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through the website consultation form: full name and email address. Additionally, we collect automatic technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited, via analytical cookies.
3. Purpose of the processing
We process your data in order to: (a) respond to your request for information about the housing-project participation program; (b) send you commercial communications related to the program, provided you have given your consent; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations in Ecuador; (d) carry out statistical analyses of the use of the site.
4. Lawful basis
The processing is based on the explicit consent you provide when submitting the form, as well as on Ecuproyecto's legitimate interest in managing the contractual relationship and responding to the consultations received.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We only share them with: (a) contracted technology providers (web hosting, email, analytics), under confidentiality agreements; (b) competent authorities, when there is a legal obligation.
6. Your rights
Under the LOPDP, you have the right to: access, rectification, deletion, objection to processing, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to privacidad@ecuproyecto.com indicating your request and attaching a copy of your identity card. We will address your request within a maximum of 15 working days.
7. Retention period
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, unless you exercise your right of deletion or the law requires a different period. Data from the consultation form is kept for a maximum of 24 months if you do not formalise your participation.
8. Cookies
We use technical, analytical and marketing cookies, as detailed in our Cookie Policy. You can configure your preferences in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
10. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a claim with the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published with the update date at the top of the document.
